Humps on a camel's back.

It is said that camels store fat in their humps to survive in a barren desert without food and water for a long time. I, myself easily put on fat around my waist whenever I realize I've eaten much for a couple of days in succession. As for me, my abdomen seems to be the regulator of energy stock.
The word "CAMEL" reminds me of the most favorite film, VELVET goldmine. It is filled with glamorous rock music beginning with "Needle In The Camel's Eye." I like movies which themes are on human relationship, particularly focusing on the exchange of feelings. In the last scene, the ex-superstar Curt was found in a bar by a journalist, Arthur, who once spent a night with Curt in the past.

C: Listen - a real artist creates beautiful things and ...puts nothing of his own life into them. Okay?
A: Is that what you did?
C: No. No. We set out to change the world and ended up... just changing ourselves.
A: What's wrong with that?
C: Nothing! If you don't look at the world.

People often say that they can change only themselves, not the others. I had been thinking without doubt that it was such a common sense, but in reality, I may have been giving up something important.
The sentence impressed me most in the film is as follows.

A man's life is his image.

Have a favorite image freely for yourself.
